Tutoring—

I've been the president of my school's math community, the Mareate Club, for two years.
We have 150+ members, and the name itself, Mareate, is a blend of 'Math' and 'Create.' We dropped the middle letters to show our real goal:
making math creative and accessible for everyone.
The whole idea started from the sounds of my friends. On one side, there were friends quietly struggling to keep up with the relentless pace of our math classes, unable to afford outside help. On the other, some classmates aced every test, bored and hungry for a real challenge.
So, we decided to tackle both problems through the following projects.
1. To help those who were falling behind,
we started creating our own resources.
We have built and made animated videos (which the video account has reached 4k+ fans and 80k+ views) using programming to visualize tricky concepts and make them easier to understand. We wrote a textbook that organized all the key topics from our school’s curriculum. And with the help of the former club president, we built a website with thousands of practice questions, giving students a place to solidify their knowledge at their own pace.

2. To create a pathway for those ready to sprint ahead,
we launched weekly seminars on topics beyond the syllabus, like multivariable calculus and convolution, posting the materials online to spark wider discussion.
Finally, to share the beauty of mathematics with everyone, we organized campus-wide events like an Integration Bee. It is incredible to see that over a quarter of the student body turn out!

Tutoring—ATOR CHEMISTRY
Beyond Mathematics, I also led a team of student tutors in the ATOR club as the co-president, specifically in charge of Chemistry. ATOR stands for Academic Tutoring & Outreach Resources.
The aim of this club is also to provide students with accessible resources and help them tackle their upcoming exams and competitions. Even further, we helped to advise on their future academic pursuits.
